ACCOMPLISHED IN-HOUSE EXECUTIVE WITH MORE THAN 20 YEARS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TAPPED TO LEAD NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL DIVISION AS THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO EXPAND
(DALLAS - September 20, 2022) - Arch-Con®Corporation announces the promotion of Jennifer Gosselin as vice president & North Texas regional manager to lead the company's Dallas office and National Industrial Division.
Gosselin started as a project coordinator with Arch-Con and has been promoted five times within the company. She transferred to Dallas from Houston in 2020 applying her leadership efforts in retail and has thrived, helping bolster the culture in Dallas to reflect Arch-Con's commitment to excellence in its home base of Houston. Gosselin has led more than a dozen retail projects totaling more than $64 million in under two years since moving to Dallas.
Her leadership in the Dallas office resulted in the following projects: The Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch, a 35-acre power center development that features more than 210,000 square feet of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants; The Denton Westpark Development, a 242,378-square-foot industrial development where the scope of work included site and utilities infrastructure; The ICC - 20, a 354,244-square-foot cross-dock industrial tilt-wall building in Duncanville; Floor & Decor in McKinney, a 78,500-square-foot facility; Floor & Decor in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a major 58,500-square-foot renovation project with a 16-week construction schedule; Stacy Crossing Shopping Center, a 19,907-square-foot, two-building retail development with a Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne's; and Heath Town Center, a 12,546-square-foot retail development.
"I immediately fell in love with construction and I love the challenge of it. Though it's incredibly tough and takes a tremendous amount of hard work, it delivers real proof. I believe that if you really love what you do and work hard, the rewards follow," said Gosselin. "It's hard to put into words what this means to me both personally and professionally. This year, my family suffered a personal tragedy, and Arch-Con has been a true source of strength. My colleagues lifted me during the most difficult days and I am grateful for their friendship and support. I look forward to the challenges that come with leading our efforts in North Texas and the National Industrial Division."
Gosselin started in construction as a receptionist for a small land surveying, civil engineering, and construction company in 1998. She was quickly promoted and transferred into the construction department where she eagerly learned the ins and out of the business. Through the years, she has gained a reputation for outstanding communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors and thrives on a team approach.
"There is no one more deserving of this promotion than Jennifer. She's been with Arch-Con since 2012 and it's been incredible watching her journey. It's no small thanks to her that we are continuing to expand our Dallas office," said Michael Scheurich, Founder and CEO of Arch-Con. "Having her lead our National Industrial Division should reap even more rewards. She works so hard and her dedication to customer service makes construction easy for our clients and reflects well on all of us."
Since opening the Dallas office in 2015, Arch-Con has completed more than 30 projects and seven million square feet of industrial, office, healthcare, retail, and hospitality projects in the area.
